What is your favorite spring activity and why?

It’s spring time and the weather is fabulous. Many West students participate in school sports and clubs and enjoy the outdoors. As the weather improves, everyone is encouraged to go out and enjoy it. With a multitude of activities to do outside we take to the halls of Normal West and find out some activities students like to do in the spring.

“My favorite spring activity is traveling because I get to go out of Bloomington, I get tired of looking at all these cornfields. And I’m also excited to get tan because the weather is getting better.” Senior Erica Almanza

“My favorite activity is fishing because it’s fun and relaxing. And as the weather is getting better I’m looking forward to tanning because I want to get dark.” Senior Sara Funk

“My favorite activity for the spring is skating because it is a big stress reliever for me. As the weather gets better the more me and my friends go to go out to the skate park.” Junior Deon Haliburton

“My favorite activity is being outside because I really love nature. There are a lot of things I could do around town and it’ll be fun to being Jeremiah (my son) around with me.” Junior Alexis Bruun

“My favorite activity is exercising outside because it’s a huge stress reliever, I get some fresh air, and it’s nice staying in shape.” Junior Lacy Hickman
