Above the 2023 NCWHS Varsity volleyball team poses after securing their first Big12 Conference title since 2020.
Wildcat volleyball is currently sitting at a record of 30-3, after a dominating win against Urbana last night. This win also secured them their first Big 12 Conference title since 2020. They went 10-0 this season in conference play.
Last week, they beat Champaign Centennial in 2 sets and celebrated Senior night with a 2 sets win against Bloomington.
On Saturday, they travel up north to play Lockport and Lyons in their final regular season matches.
Regionals begin next Tuesday, October 24 at United Township High School where they will play United Township at 6 p.m.
A few players that Head Coach Mueller would like to highlight are Ellie Rink, Sydnie Hernandez (who both made the all-tournament team two weekends ago), and Olivia Zeimer.
