Maggie McHale (10) said she was “looking forward to when it (The Death Cure) comes out. I watched the other ones and they were really well done.”

On February 2nd, the thriller “Winchester” will be in theaters. Winchester is inspired by true events based at California’s infamous Winchester House. The movie will reveal many of the supernatural forces that lead to the building of the never-ending house that remains the most haunted house in the world, according to movieinsider.com.

Sophomore Laela Thompson explained how excited she was for “The Black Panther”. “He’s going to be the first black superhero with his own movie. That’s really cool.”

“The Black Panther”, made by Marvel Studios is about the prince of an African nation, Wakanda and how he must take over the the throne after his father’s murder.

“Love, Simon” coming out March 16th is a coming-of-age movie about and for teens. The movie focuses on seventeen-year-old Simon Spier and his struggle with telling his friends and family that he is gay. He is also trying to find out the identity of the anonymous classmate he’s fallen for online.

May is going to be a busy month. With huge titles like “Avengers: Infinity War”, “Slenderman” and “Deadpool 2”, the theaters will be packed. Hallie Biancalana (10) stated “I’m super excited for the new Avengers movie, I like all of those movies so this one should be really good.”

Biancalana also exclaimed her excitement for Incredibles 2, which will be coming out on June 15th. The Disney movie sequel is focusing more on the mother Helen this time around.
